Mine is black. I say "is" because I only have one. I just got back from a swap meet and saw a dozen or so available in both colors. I guess I shoulda picked up a black one.
I guess they came in both red and black, the real question for you is what color goes on my car, and to that i do not know. My cougar was factory gold and came with black 7's. - Chad
