Adam,
when spraying the por 15 in a siphon fed gun, what size fluid tip do you encourage to use? I dont wanna put a small size tip and cap and have it come out like crap.Plus when using a siphon fed gun is there a thinning process that is also used in the coating?
thanks
pat

POR-15 brushes on nicely, but is also easy to spray.

Use a .17 - .21 size tip. For thinning use only POR-15 Solvent. Use a ratio of 20:1. So, for thinning a quart a little more than 1.5 ounces will be sufficient. We sell 8 oz. bottles of POR-15 Solvent for $3.50 http://porshop.com/porstorstrip.html

We also recommend that you use a good quality respirator and a full suit when spraying POR-15.

For clean up you can use lacquer thinner. Just soak the nozzles if needed.
