If it has even been rebuilt in the past, and is bored to .030 or more, then it is worth about 20 bucks. If it is clean and never been bored AND magnafluxed to show no cracks, then it may be worth 3 to 400, in my opinion.

Same casting for both the 2V and 4V for '72-later, D2AE-CA... BUT a true Q-code 351C-4V will be fitted with four-bolt maincaps. There are some other minor differences -- the Q-code 4V has a wider harmonic damper (balancer) than a 2V... Oh, and a wider factory timing set... The factory Q-code 4V used a hotter cam than the 2V or M-code 4V... 73-74 Q-code 4Vs also got dished cast pistons...
