Good to see another Albertan on the board!! (I used to live in Edmonchuck)...

Have you looked in the Bargain Finder for both Edmonton and Calgary? That's usually where I found most of my parts when I was up there.

The other possibility is maybe Ray of Pacificatz can help ya. He's out in Victoria and sells Cougar parts.
