I'm saving up money and I want to buy a Cougar this Spring. It has to be under $5,000 and I have to be able to get in, start it up, and drive away without it falling apart, dying, or being able to look through the floors. It also has to be in, or close to Connecticut.
I'd prefer a '69, but I'll take a look at any decent sounding '67 to '70.

69 possibly for sale

My 69 Standard with 351W, AT, AC and sunroof (1 of 147) may be for sale by the end of the week. That is if I buy a 70 Eliminator. I drive the car all the time. I want no less than $5K for the car. Only problem - I live in Virginia Beach, VA. (757) 619-2532.

I have a '69 XR-7 with 351w, A/T, A/C, P/S, P/DB, 86,000 MI, daily driven. Car is pretty much original except someone changed color from white to yellow, has black vinyl roof, Magnum 500's. Interior is black, on scale of 1-10 I would rate car a 7 and interior a 8 to 8
1/2. Only poss problem for you is that I'm located in Raleigh,NC
area. I'm asking $4500 - nego.
