Hey all,

I'm brand new to this site and thought it was about time someone made a place for Cougar owners to go to. Cool!!
Anyway, I have a question: where do I locate the engine, body, etc. numbers on my 1967 XR7 with 289/C-4 Auto. to verify that they match. I'm trying to figure out it's worth and would appreciate any assistance. Thanks!

The other numbers are on an aluminum tag riveted on the end of the driver's door. The VIN should also be stamped on the top of the inner front fenders, visible when you open the hood. As for the rear end, there should be a tag on one of the cover bolts.
