When I use my turn signals, it takes about 6 seconds before they actually start sequencing. It would be nice if they started working before I actually made the turn;) Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

check ground

sounds like you have a bad or weak ground wire, check for that.
one more possibility could be excessive resistance (weak wire) in the power wire.

Ok, so much for the easy solution...from this point I'm pretty much guessing but it may also be a bad relay...but which one, there are so many in the system??? I guess I'll increase my bid on that sequential manual on eBay!!!!!!!!!!:p:

slow or sticky

Definetly sound like a slow or sticky relay to me. Well looks like it might be time to break out the wiring diagrams. Check all the connections I realise this maybe a few but check all if them for corrosion and loose pins thats my best guess.
