I've got some new tranny lines for my 67 XR-7 289 and can't figure out the path easily from the rediator to the tranny. Can anyone help? Do they go over the stabilizer and crossmember, or over the stabilizer and under the crossmember, or under the stabilizer and over the crossmember?????? Help

Steve,

It has been awhile since the engine and tranny were in the 68, but I am nearly positive that the tranny lines run above the crossmember and stabilizer.

My 67 and 70 both run above the bar, hope that helps...
BTW, how far are you from driving it??

Thanks guys, will revisit it tonight, maybe I need to have another drink befre I start. Bruce, getting a bit anxious now. I think I'm gonna shoot for next weekend to fire it up. All I need is a coil/wires hook up the PS hoses and the fuel line. Don't want to rush it. Also checking on wheels. BY the way, the interior is not installed yet and I'd like to do some glass work.

All set. Thanks for all your help. Had to muscle it into place. But it's in. (I Hope)
