Is there some way to re-install the power steering pump without removing the radiator

There is now way I can see of lining up the pump with pulley installed and getting those three bolts to line up behind the pulley through the bracket into the pump.

Can't see how to remove the pulley either

Gone from a nicely painted pump with new seals and bushes to a scratched up mess trying to get those three bolts installed

In some cases the bolts are too long, to install or remove, with the pulley in place.
I have had better luck with the aluminum brackets without removing the pulley. 1970 and up with the steel pump brackets is nearly impossible.

Managed to get it on.

Removed the threaded rod holding the aluminium bracket in place with some pointed nose vice grips. Attached the pump to the alloy bracket (easy out of the car).

Then filed a couple of flats on the threaded rod where it would exit at the back of the aluminium bracket. Mounted the pump and bracket onto the threaded rod. Had someone hold the pump roughly in place until we got a few turns on the threaded rod with a 5/16 wrench.

Then was able to screw it into the block. It needed a little bit of persuading to clear the oil pressure gauge sender

Cleveland bolt is a heck of a lot easier
