Remove the lenses. I don't remember if it is 6 or 8 Philips head screws, remove the Bezel and then use something to pry the lens out of the housing. Be careful prying the lens.
To add to that. Lightly grab the bulb, push in and twist to the right if the bulb breaks don’t panic. Just use a needle nose pliers to take the metal piece of the bulb out. Simple
