Hi,
I was wondering what is a good dye to use on a steering wheel. I got a used one and am going to restore it while I'm here in Italy (Good to be able to do something to my car before I get home in November). I plan to use a good epoxy to take care of the one noticable crack, sand it, and dye it. The car has a little grant wheel now that I'm not so wild about. Also, anyone know of a place to get replacement pads for the 67-68 two spoke wheels? Mine is there, but kinda rough.

I had my steering whell refurbed by AutoKrafters. They did a good job on the 3/8 inch crack and they matched the black color on the bottom half, but the color of the wood grain section was not even close to the original, so I would also be interested in a procedure for dying it closer to the original.
