Likely the cheapest and easiest way to do this would be to buy a car equipped with the serpentine setup that was wrecked in the rear. Then take the parts you need and sell the rest. You are going to need to figure out how to have a fuel pump unless you get the parts from an early carbureted 302. The harmonic balancer will need to be the four hole version used from 1970 - 78 in order to match the balance factor of your 1968 engine and still have the correct bolt pattern for a 1980's serpentine setup. The water pumps used in serpentine applications rotate backwards so you would need one of those. The water pump inlet is on the wrong side, it won't fit a 1968 small block radiator. Your fan won't work because the water pump turns the opposite direction. Lots of problems to consider.
