Ever since I got the car 2 years ago I've had problems with the sequentials. When I first got the car they sometimes worked. But last spring the original sequential motor jammed, so I decided to upgrade to the solid state main turn signal unit. After replacing this they wouldn't sequence, but the middle light on both sides would flash. So after some research I found that a bad emergency flasher relay was most likely the problem. So I ordered the new repro k-10 emergency relay, and after installing this, they still don't work. Only the middle lights will flash. My dad who installed it is an electrician so I'm 99% sure it's hooked up correctly. I don't know where to look now. Any ideas???

Thanks, Nate B

Both the original and the electronic system require 12V on the light blue wire
of the relay connector. Use a test light to verify that this wire has power.

The complete electronic system unit has a single 1/4" quick disconnect male
pin that must be plugged into the receptacle with the light blue wire. The old
emergency relay is not used with the complete system.
