hello what is the right model for my rocker 289 from 67
2 for me

Most likely # 2. The rockers in the #1 pic are for solid lifter cams, which were not used in cougars.

I don't know about used with solid lifters but the #1 rockers locate the rocker by something other than the valve tip (as #2 does), either guide plates or (more likely?) machined slots in the head that locate the pushrods as they pass through (like a small block chevy does).

yes the number is 2 is better, it stays straight with the inner edge leve
one last thing
oui le numero 2 est est mieux , il reste droit avec les bord interieure leve
