In the overall scale of things how much of a gain is rollerised upper control arms?

Project is a 70 cougar dedicated roadrace car. It want it to as handle well as possible but not keen to waste funds i can better use elsewhere.
I plan to use spherical ball inbearings on the LCAs and Maier Delrin/Alloy Strut bushings but not sure how much to fuss over the upper arms.
My understanding is the factory inner bushings turn freely but are concerned they must have some effect on the caster due to the strange threadlike arrangement?
I also have late Ozzy Falcon arms and urethane bushes which most of you may not be familiar with but are not sure that they will be a better option.
So has anyone upgraded to rollerised uppers and have a comparison?

I would love to hear any opinions
