They look like 1967 Cougar SS wheels. with Mustang center caps. You should not need spacers. This one is a 1968 SS wheel. Slight deferences.

i believe 67 was 5.5 inches wide and the 68 got 6 inch wheel---but no spacer

If I recall, 67 wheels also came in 2 rim types. 1 for drum brake and 1 for disc brakes. I recall some one who has a set and they would not work on his 67 disc brake car. The one in seb67's pictures looks to be a disc brake wheel.
