I have magnum 500 wheels and i just had to replace my left front drivers wheel with another one because my previous one got destroyed thanks to triple a

I got another wheel from summit but i didnt realize when i got the wheel that it has like a shiny gloss on the black , were my other wheels have a flat black paint

So i was trying to figure out how to get rid of the gloss without causing damage , i didnt know if i could just use wet sand or something , or if i scuffed up all 4 wheels and had them all resprayed flat black

depends on what u want to pay. u can scuff and paint it but the longevity is in question....more durable thing to do is to find a wheel repair place and have it refinished properly to match the rest. most of them do a flat rate of 100-125 a wheel no matter how much. u might even can get the old one repaired depending on how badly damaged and then just return the summit one and come out ahead.
