Replacing rubber weatherstriping in both doors. Driver door window was removed; now replaced. Window cranks down fine but takes mega torque to raise it back up. Any suggestions on the proper sequence of adjusting this window so that it goes up and down freely. Ihave already cleaned all of the window tracks/rollers and applied white lithium grease. Also, the window lift/crank mechanism is brand new.

Try keeping the short track loose and roll it up and down, watching where it wants to move. It may not be in the "just right" spot. Or maybe junk on the under-inside of one of the tracks? OR it may be too close to the front of the door, making it bind against the vent window track rubber. Maybe. Most of the adjustments are just to get the window tight against the body of the car once it's up.
