Hi all, This is my problem...I have a 68 std with a 351C the car was stock with a 302, and I believe all the steering parts are from the 302.. Does anyone out there know the correct routing of the hose or how to keep it off of the exhaust? A good part number for the hose would help also??? Thanks

there's usually a hose bracket bolted to the motor mount on the drivers side to keep the hose away from the exhaust. I think the nuumber is a C7AZ or something like that. Its a metal clamp with a rubber grommet for the 2 hoses. That should be good enough to keep the hoses away from the exhaust.

Zipties are cheaper, and plentiful. The hose bracket by itself isn't sufficient in my option.
