I have a 67 with factory discs in the front. Can anyone recommend a place to get a good price on a decent quality rotor and pads?

Mustangs Plus has rotors for 79$ each and Mustangs Unlimited has them for 99$ each. Pads are 50 a set for metallic at both places. I just dont want to get stiffed with a chinese rotor that will be warped out of the box.

Thanks for the help.

Have you checked with the local auto parts stores? I was amazed at how many parts the big chain stores cary for my 69 Cougar and my father's 66 Mustang. PepBoys VIP and AutoZone all carry brake and suspension parts for both. And they're generally cheaper than the specialty stores.

before buying my '67, I checked with the national chains (autozone, advanced auto, etc.) to see what parts run, and rotors were about $120! thought that was a bit high too.

the local stores average about 120$ a rotor and are special order.
