I had them written down and lost them.And tis would help alot.My Adobe photo in the sizing is in pixels or in inchesI need the pixel size,for all the sections thanks

The size you need to stay under is 102000 bytes or approximately 100k. The picture can be ANY size height and width wise, so long as it's under the file size restriction. The size automagically resizes the pages around the picture size.

As a guideline, I like to see the width under 600 pixels wide so we don't get the big sideways scrollbar thing happenin...
