I am considering buying a 1968 Torino 4 door. It is described as original except for front seat. Solid and straight but needs some TLC. It has a 302 with a C4. Any thoughts or opinions on a fair value? All input is appreciated. Pat Price

Bad choice for an investment, gas is over $3 per gallon again. Going to be a hard sell when you get tired of it.

$520 value based on my estimation that it weighs 4000 lbs.

Is this an engine donor car for the '64 Comet?

Perfectly stated. I can't add to this.

Some parts will work on Mustangs and Cougars. The nose may have some value. But is hard to sell. I'd say Scott has it about right.

Thanks guys. I came up with the same conclusion. The owner wouldn't go below $1000 so I passed. If it had been a 2 door I would have been all over it. Pat

I agree with badcatt, and you made a great decision. I would do the same, unless, of course, it was a 40K mile loaded creampuff in a good color combination, and I really liked it.
