I hate to say it but thats what it looked like before I wrecked it
I'm in the process of rebuilding it. I found a 70 model body that
I'm changing the nose out and all the other parts to make it a 69
It was hit pretty hard on the drivers side. It pushed the font window post a the rear quarter in quite a bit. I thinking of repainting it a silver, I don't know how it would look. I've been looking for some ideas on the net, but I havent found anything yet. I ment to put this under the pic. of my car. It is the yellow 69

Justins Cat

Hi Justin,
Sorry to hear about your accident, I hope you didn't get hurt. I am thinking about changing colors on mine too. I made a page with different color cougars and some of mine I changed the color on with my photo software... check it out here http://www.geocities.com/wvxr7cougar/Colors.html
Keep in mind that I have to match my blue interior so my color choices are limited. Another place you can look at different color combos is in the files/pictures area of yahoo groups. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CLASSIC-COUGARS
Personally I prefer the 70's look over the 69's but thats just my opinion. Are you going to title the new one as a 69? One of the best improvements on the 70 model is the lock steering column in my opinion and of course the head knocker on the hood that ussually gets you just about when you are so aggrevated your ready to blow up anyway.....lmao.
Anyway I hope the new cat turns out as great as your last one!!!

wrecked cougar

Thanks for the info on colors, I dont know yet on the tittle, I wanted to use a 69 body but I didnt have much luck finding one that was buildable. I was lucky to find the 70 cougar. I bought it in the city impound for 250$, it was complete except the tranny.
