I can get a set of 70 Mach 1 Mustang upholstery here in Oz for the "right price". They are black with black cloth inserts and would be going in the 70 Eliminator, which is standard trim.

The front seats will probably fit but I was wondering if the rear seat upholstery will fit.

Nope, rear seat is wider in a Cougar.
