been awhile guys. My cougar got hit by a drunk driver & i just pulled it out from storage after a few years. just did a 2v swap on my 86 notchback. thinking about doing it to the cougar.....but coyotes are getting cheaper in my area. anyone done any swaps on theres? Should i go through the 289 I got or just 2v ,3v or coyote it?

Can't really recommend which route you should go as that depends on budget, fabrication skill, etc, but I'm going the coyote swap route. What advice I can offer is: determine what you want the car to do (i.e. drag racing, street cruiser, auto cross, etc.); be realistic with your goal; stick to the direction you are taking the car; and set a realistic budget.
