I've got a 1967 Mercury Cougar with a 289 and Drum Brakes all around. It needs some Brake work and I've decided on a complete 4 wheel overhaul. Anyone recommend any of the kits that are out there? I'm interested repairing what's broken and safety, not restoration or upgrading (Drum's to Disc's). Thanks.

If you are keeping drums all around, I am sure you can have them turned, Pick up new master cylenders and spring kits from WCCC's save your parking brake arms and clean them, adjuster kits are also available at WCCC.

i have to say it. upgrading the front IS a saftey issue. you can do it for less than your going to pay for the front drum parts
