1965 standard falcon 2 dr
bare bones car
made in ohio ,with a 170 ci 6cyl no a/c no power anything
nice rust free car except for some rear pass 1/4 damage
but the came with a clean 1/4 panel stuffed inside car
the guy had to move out of town for work
he had swapped in ssbc 4 piston front brakes and new steering and spings etc
and also installed a 9" 5lug rear
complete score / got it cheap
all trim and bumper etc came with the car
just need a v-8 / trans and an ugly erasor !

Drop in a nice Explorer 5.0 motor, a Performer intake, and the 500cfm vac sec carb of your choice and have at it! As for trans, an AOD would be tough to beat. Couple that with a 3L50 9" posi center section and you've got a heck of a street performer! Oh, and leave it ugly. RatRod!!!!

You could have had it's Mercury version a few weeks ago. I sold a 1964 Comet equipped the same way.​

I was too late for that one

Nice project.. I had a 65 falcon conv a few years ago with the 170 six. I swapped the motor out to a better 200 six I had. It took me less then 20 min to do the motor swap. Very easy car to work on.
