i was just on the Claifornia DMVs site to look up personal plates for cars. i punched in 4BBL351 and it said that that configuration is only available for regular issue plates. ( it has the number, 3 letters and 3 more numbers - standard state issue ) i just though, wont it suck if i cant get this but some rice burner does? just love to see 4BBL351 on a Civic with the fart can and the wings. wouldnt that trip you out if you saw it?? lol.
