OK, before you install this lokar piece, you will love your life a lot more, if one of two circumstances are the case.
Best case, the engine and trans are OUT OF THE CAR.
#2, engine and trans are in the car....You will need a hex head that fits on a ratchet. There is NOT enough room for a regular hex head tool to fit. Just go to the parts store, spend the 24 dollars, or buy the single hex head that fits.
I removed the crossmember and dropped the tailshaft of the trans down to install the cable the first time. Didn't need a ratchet. The cable hasn't been off the trans since even though the trans has been out of the car twice since then.
