Last year I bought some stuff from Ken for my interior and was pleased with his service. I've heard other people complain about his service but I had no problems. I haven't talked to him lately. Just my .02 cents.
Logan's right, phoning is better. By the time I had called Ken's Cougars, UPS was literally at the door. I was just checking on the order, it wasn't really late......I'm just impatient!
I did have a problem with another vendor. I'm not going to say who, (Logan, what's the policy here about discussing vendors? eGroup Cougars doesn't allow it) but they had a very good rating in TCCN. I ordered some things by phone. Three months went by, I e-mailed, I called. I actually talked to someone and they didn't seem to have a clue or care where my order was.
I finally canceled the order, they never gave a reason or apologized.

I would like to reiterate that Ken's has been very good, despite their somewhat low rating on TCCN. I don't think there are any really bad Cougar vendors on the TCCN list. Results, as always, may vary! The smaller Cougar vendors sometimes are a little slower and more expensive than their larger well stocked Mustang kin. But they are worth our support.
