Hello everyone this is my dad's 1973 Mercury Cougar XR7 351 Cleveland 2V H Code

it has not been started since 85

and we are about to start working on it

Few things I wanted to ask

1) I want to remove the power steering & AC from the vehicle and make it look clean and not just hoses everywhere and brackets

2) What drive belts would I need to replace from removing that.

3) Can I run the engine without the EVAP Fuel charcoal canister
