I almost have the entire front end of my cougar disassembled getting ready to have the entire body shell stripped/repaired. I need to remove the plastic hangers for the harness/vac lines at the bottom-front of the radiator core support. Can these be removed without breaking them?

Steve, possibly with a panel popper, not sure of they are the same on a 73 as a 70, if not they are not too hard to find and replace:)
Good Luck!

look in the outside of the panels of the engine compartment youll see the 2 tabs that stop it from popping off take a pair of needle nose pliers or vive grips and take the harness and hold it against the inner fenderwell panels. squeeze the 2 tabs together and the clip will come off w/ the harness still attached. If not you may have to retape the harness w/ the clip on it.
thanks
