Yes, just pop the 4 plugs underneath the car, unbolt the nuts, pop the seat out. Don't unbolt anything else! Keep the tracks on the seats and if you're bringing them into to a shop just deliver the seat on the frame.
I find it easier to fold the seat forward and remove/install in the "folded" position than upright.
