Thanks It took me well over 100hrs of shaping and heating and forming to get it where I liked it. Not too bad for a beginner.

Hey, I did the same repair 5 years ago except both the lower corners on mine were a rusted hole about the size of a fist. That's part of owning a cougar..fabrication.
