That is the one for the light duty small block bottom of the line bolt in radiators. It is correct for 69 but will work for 1967-68. Won't work for the clamp in radiators or any big block applications.

I need one of those big block shrouds, It is already at 150 though. Does anybody have experience with repros? How are they compared to NOS. Thanks

I have several of each, they are virtually identical except the repro's are darker in color.

Thanks Royce I appreciate your opinon, is there a difference in manufacturers of repos? Is one better than the other? I hate the thought of repro on my car, should I hold out for a original?

The manufacturer of the 390-427-428 repros is the original Fomoco supplier. The shrouds are made on the original tooling.

I came across (finally, don't know why I hadn't checked them out before), Mustangs Unlimited .Com and have actually already ordered some parts from them. 69SCODE -- Try them, I found my shroud for $90

The one I posted a link to was a NOS shroud. The repros regularly sell on Ebay for $85.

Speaking of fan shroud's, I was checking on my car at the paint shop Thursday, Starting to clean up the engine compartment and one of the painter's thought he would do me a favor and paint my nos big block shroud for me......:angryfi: need I say more.
