Simplest way: Call one of the many vendors offering conversion kits, give them a credit card number, and after the big brown truck drops off all the shiny new parts at your door, bolt them on your car.

Most cost effective way: Find a Cougar, Mustang, Torino, Maverick, etc. with a compatible disc system that's being parted out. Unbolt everything brake related and swap it to your car, replacing worn out components with parts store replacements as needed.

My friend used a kit with Ford Granada rotors and an aftermarket proportioning valve. You will need to re-balance the brake bias for the disc brakes.

I purchased a adjustable valve for the hotrod for $55 and is adjustable for disc and drum or 4 wheel disc .
