Does anybody know if the adjustable aftermarket proportioning
valves can placed at the rear on a 67? I rebuilt mine and it doesn't
seem to be working. It doesn't leak, but I can't get enough pressure to the front discs. I have a big block, so I don't have much room up front without pulling the master cylinder to put it up
front. Any help would be great! Thanks

The only aftermarket one's I have ever seen are like the 68 that has a proportioning valve and the distribution block as one unit.
The 67's have 2 pieces, as you know the prop valve and the dist. block. The rear brake lines would have to be replaced to run this type.
Did you rebuild it yourself or have a shop do it? John @ Cascade Classics used to sell rebuilt units but now refers people to the company he used to rebuild them.

I rebuilt it myself, that may be part of the problem maybe. The "O"
rings I used might be too big and that might keep the valve from working correctly. I wasn't sure if I put the valve at the back if
it would stand up to the elements under the car. I believe that by
making a short piece of line I could make It work without replacing the whole front to rear line. I dunno, just an Idea.
