Personally, i think it would be a waste to try n convert a 69-70 cougar coupe to a convertible, there are out there just gotta go n find it rather then convert one .

Pat, I agree. I was thinking more like a 67-68 Cougar. I will add that to my post. Thanks,

No, Don is still slow cooking that one. Catvert is a small block Cougar and just fantastic work.

Thanks, everyone, for the compliments on CatVert. I do miss that car, but I'm still in contact with the new owner and he's done all the little hidden detail things that I never got around to cleaning up.

So CatVert is in a good home and I've even given Dick the name of a member here who has a standing interest in buying it if Dick ever decides to sell (assuming I don't pull rank and buy it back). I guess, if nothing else, I've got something of a legacy to leave behind now! ;)
