Are you doing a conversion?

If your car is already a 4 spd and you just want to swap the clutch/brake pedal carriage because it is worn. There are rebuild kits for them and they work great. I used one and the pedals hang straight and work perfect.

will the clutch pedal assembly from a falcon fit in a cougar?
No!
67 or 68 Cougar or Mustang .

Be advised that power brake pedals are different than manual (non-power) brake pedals.

You can cut your brake pedal "pad" to accomodate the smaller rubber pad cover of a stick, just add a clutch pedal.
