when I am driving straight its fine but when make a sweeping right turn the steering wheel has a vibration and a clicking noise. Any ideas on what to look for guys and gals?
Red 67,
Check your L/S wheel bearing. They may be loose or bad. Drive straight down the road, turn wheel left and right. If the noise/vibration is limited to a right turn; suspect the left wheel bearings.
Lift the car so the wheel is hanging free, then grab the top and bottom of the tire and wiggle it. You shouldn't feel any slop. Also, wheel bearings usually make a groaning noise when you are driving and put weight on them, such as when making a turn.
