I picked up a Holley/Barry Grant 750 (conv. to 980 cfm) oh 15 years ago, and it's been sitting in boxes here and there ever since. I also have an Edelbrock 600 that's been sitting for maybe two years. It's a long-overdue question now, but what's the best way to preserve the gaskets and innards from decay/gunking up, and what can I do to prep them for re-use? Thanks, Eric.

I stored mine for 3 years in a vacuum sealed bag that you can buy at walmart. poured in some marvel mystery oil and when I had no problems. My Grandpa taught me to do that. I have done it several times. Be careful though Marvel is flammable. I kept it tucked away in a flammable cabinet just to be safe. Just my 2 cents.
