i was looking on ebay ( as i usually do about this time of day) and saw a pair of slotted rotors for the Cougar. i do like the idea of them but heres the thing... i know there are differences between the 69 and 70s rotors ( there are right?) but i want to know if i can swap them directly from the 70 style ones to the 69. are they bigger or something? or is it all just associated spindle and wheel bearing crap? if they are bigger, i would like that. The Cougar would benefit from better brakes, but these rotors on ebay should be ok. i dont plan to install them until the next brake job which is still aways a bit.

The 70 used a larger spindle and rotor. The 69 rotors will not fit on a 70 and vice versa. If you are looking at putting the 70 rotors on a 69 you will also have to replace the spindle. Just my 2 cents.:)
