[68 MERC]

I've got one of these small little brackets that I yanked from a car years ago, I believe a 67, but I cannot remember. I did see an NOS one on ebay a few weeks ago. Nevertheless, does anyone know if these were 67 specific or if they were found on other years, say through 70?

67/68 has yours, 69/70 has a different style and so on.

Thanks for the response and link. I have one for my 69 Torino as well, but it looks much different than the ones show for 69 Cougar/Mustang

They were not used on 67 - 68 originally. I think they were used from '69 - 73.

I am pretty sure the didn't start using them until 70, I also noticed that the hold down was from a 70.
