New tech question. I have read that when you have headers on a 67/68 it works best to use the big block power steering hoses and routing. Does this apply to 70s as well or am I good to use the small block hoses and routing with my 351C-4V with headers? Oddly enough the headers that were used were able to fit without using the steering drop bracket.

Small-block (351 C or W) hose routing on 69-70 goes underneath the car like the big-block routing on earlier cars. No change should be necessary for headers on your car.

Leroy, where did you find headers that fit without the drop feature for the ram? I just received a set of shorty headers for my 70 from Sanderson Headers in California. They are the exact shape of the factory exhaust manifolds except huge. I will see how they fit. Sal
