I am looking to repaint the lower dash, and rear side panels on a 70 convt. These are metal parts, and am looking for the correct white paint. Has anyone ordered any from a supplier that was a correct match?
Thanks

Have you looked into NPD or any vendor for rattle can mix, most are really close. NPD page 268 white AP-15855 lacquer $9.25.
Should be enough to do the job.

GM Camel Beige is the closest I know of, but you have to mix and spray it yourself. I've never seen it in a spray bomb.

Hi there- assuming its the same as the 69 white, what you need is SEM 15103 Super White , which is sold in rattle cans.

Copy of SEM vinyl dye color chart.jpg I got very good results with it

Folks, thanks for the responses. I picked up a can of the SEM 15103, and a quart of PPG mixed at the local auto paint supplier, which was mixed to factory code. The SEM 15103 is VERY close to the original, and if you were redoing everything, would look great. Thanks for all the advice. FYI, the mis from the auto paint supplier was great.
