I've been trying lately to find a new passenger fender for my 69 Cougar. We just found a pair of fenders for a 70, and I was wondering what the difference is?

I recall something about the blinker not fitting, is that it? That's not too big of a deal, the hole for that shouldn't be too hard to enlarge or whatever. Or could I just get the 70 blinkers?

I know the ext. is different, but how similar is the fender itself?

Thanks in advance all

Could I just get a new light then? Are the bolts and everything the same?

hey that fender of yours isnt hard to repair. You could do it in a few hours. I;m not sure about the other differences, but I know I was told it wouldnt work.

Jason,
I had 70 fenders on a 69 I had. The extentions and marker light are defferent but the 69 extention fits and the marker light is not hard to find. Also if you want you cuold fill the holes and cut for the 69 marker lights. Neal.
