I'm pretty sure this listing is a scam:

http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/2265732567.html

Here is the email I just received:

Hello,
thank you for contacting me regarding my '70 Cougar,is still for sale it has clean title and it sells for $5500.where are you located as I advertised it on more than one location and website?i'm currently signed up for a protection program offered by Google Checkout and I would like to close the deal through them.
You should know that it will allow you to test drive and inspect the car before paying me. You will have a 5-day inspection period to decide whether you want to keep or not before they release the funds to me,the car is in good condition overall, well maintained, showing very minimal wear, the pain is in presentable condition 3 speed manual, transmission shift very welland mechanics are not in need of reconditioning, still in very nice shape for its age.if you're really interested, we can talk about the buying process Thanks Trish Desalvo

My eldest is a high functionning autistic, and is an easy target for garbage like that.

I sure wish they could get caught and made an example of.
