I was out cruising around in my 68 XR-7 and I keep looking to the right side door for the side mirror. I was wondering if anyone has added a right side mirror and if it looks and works correctly with the vent window? If anyone has a few pictures of a 68 Cougar with the right side mirror I would appreciate it.

Don what mirror do you recommend for a 68 XR-7 (You have two listed) and do you offer a mirror kit that comes with the hardware?

A low quality rubber gasket is included. I recommend this gasket, this mounting hdw kit and this installation kit. If you prefer, this hdw kit is easier to install.

Royce, the difference in the mirrors are in the 1st link in Don's post (post #2) is the mirror has a standard mirror and the 2 link is a Convex mirror (it has written on the mirror "Objects In Mirror Are Closer Than They Appear"). John
