okay yesterday i saw a 68 cougar xr7 g being used a a police car it was completly weird anyone else ever seen one?

I saw it on a computer game box cover. But it looked like a photo of the Sunstar 67 Cougar 1/18th scale model with police graphics and a 70 'cuda. The video art looked terrible on the box and didn't see any Cougars there.

That would be "Muscle Car '76", or at least the box art from it. Be forewarned, stay far away from that title. The graphics are average, the tracks limited, the handling and physics like that of a wet mop and worse yet, the cars are poor knock offs of existing cars.
Ok, that last point gives it too much credit. Of the cars "knocked off" from there are no visual cues to any Ford product.
