I just installed aftermarket headlight switch on the 67 cougar. When I turn the headlights on, the parking lights turn off. Is this normal for this year? I do not remember if it was like this original considering I have had the car apart for almost 2 years. Thanks for your help!

if you want the parking lights to stay on ,remove the front parking light wire from the switch and attach it to the tailligt circut
